It was a cold and windy April morning, but we braved the elements, went forth and celebrated. Here is a link to some of the pictures (a couple you can see below also):

The sun was shining and it was dry, but the wind took me back to Lubbock a few times. Of course, the girls didn't seem to mind, but the mommies were cold! We played, put on our skirts, had cake, beat the pinata, and had a grand time. Next year, we'll have an indoor party!!!!

3 Years Ago Today...
...my water broke at Schlotzkey's. It's hard to believe
a) it's been that long and
b) it's ONLY been that long.
Tomorrow our baby turns 3! Her "Princess Party" won't be for another 2 weeks, but tomorrow it's official. She's so grown up! She's a wonderful sleeper and eater. She has several great girlfriends already which she adores. Miss Miranda can dress and undress herself (usually at appropriate times), brush her teeth, get her own cup, set the table... We don't have to buy diapers. We can go anywhere on a whim and not be nervous about forgetting her favorite [fill in the blank]. It's nice....it's REALLY nice. Alas, these freedoms won't last much longer, but we are SO enjoying them right now!
